Notes:
Dedicated to Marie Christine Caroline Adélaïde Françoise Léopoldine d’Orléans (April 12, 1813 Palermo - January 2, 1839 Pisa), second daughter of French King Louis-Philippe. She married on October 18, 1837 Duke Alexander of Württemberg, but died early due to tuberculosis. She was also known as Marie d'Orléans.
