Paheka. Modern, large-flowered hybrid tea. White blend. Repeat-flowering. One of George Dawson’s best roses. ‘Paheka’ produces flowers that are white with a slight tinge of the palest pink. They open slowly from very well-formed buds to large, full blooms that show stamens in the center. There are about two dozen broad petals of excellent substance. The growth is very tall and spreading, and is repeatedly covered with a profusion of flowers. ‘Paheka’ has no significant disease problems, and is an excellent rose for bedding or as a hedge. The fragrant blooms make wonderful cut flowers and keep their shape well. Zones 5-9. Dawson, Australia, 1980. Parentage unknown.
