Bred by Svend Poulsen (1884-1974) (Denmark, 1938).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1939 as 'Poulsen's Yellow'.
Introduced in United States by Conard-Pyle (Star Roses) in 1939 as 'Poulsen's Yellow'.

Floribunda, Hybrid Polyantha.  
Bloom:
Butter-yellow.  Strong fragrance.  Semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.

Medium.  Glossy foliage.  

Height: up to 35" (up to 90cm).
