Bred by Paul Barden (United States, 2003).
Class:
Miniature.
Bloom:
Color is more grey than lavender and it ages to a slate grey color..  None / no fragrance.  40 to 65 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Medium, very full (41+ petals), old-fashioned bloom form.  Moderate, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Small, rounded buds.
Habit:
Short, bushy, upright.  Small, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  3 to 5 leaflets.

Height: 1' to 15" (30 to 40cm).  Width: 8" to 1' (20 to 30cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5a and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders or container rose.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..  Requires good cultivation if it is to perform its best.
Breeder's notes:
This rose is still being tested for garden merit. Like many unusually pigmented roses, it lacks vigor but it will build up a decent small bush with good culture. Bloom color is extraordinary and I have never seen a grey/tan color like it in any other rose. Photos do not do it justice.
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
