This rose is described as a "micro-miniature" on its profile yet it grows 90CM X 90CM.

I have searched for, and added, more references. It seems "micro-miniature" was perhaps not correct and I have replaced that with polyantha.

It looks almost pure Rosa multiflora 'Nana'. Maybe its precocious ability to produce flower buds still whilst practically at the cotyledon stage earned it the name micro-miniature.

I love this rose: compact round shape, lacy-lavender clusters, tiny harmless prickles. It's a stunning beauty while in bloom, there's a short pause between flushes. Yes, there's a nice scent in cool and damp weather. I have to lower the pH of my alkaline water for its multiflora parentage. Survives nine zone 5a winters as own-root and gets larger & better with each year.

This is a remarkable small shrub, much more like a Polyantha than a modern miniature. It is one of very few roses in my garden that is completely immune to Blackspot and Mildew. Allowed to build up growth every year it will make a very attractive, rounded 3 X 3 foot shrub.
Ralph Moore lists its parentage as "Rosa Polyantha Nana Seedling". Ploidy unknown but I suspect it is diploid. It is highly fertile as a pollen parent and forms seeds readily.
