Introduced in United States by Justice Miniature Roses Archive in 1998 as 'Velvet Cloak'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Dark red, yellow stamens.  Burgundy red.  Mild, spice fragrance.  24 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, dense, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 20" to 2' (50 to 60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for container rose.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.

Notes:
Justice Miniature Roses says this rose has dark velvety red petals and prominent yellow stamens...
