Pink, salmon-pink shading, deep yellow undertones. Outer petals shaded violet-pink. Strong fragrance. Medium to large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Long buds.
Height of 3' to 47" (90 to 120 cm). Width of 2' to 39" (60 to 100 cm).
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Disease susceptibility: susceptible to Mildew.
The rose in commerce may be the same as 'Souvenir de Gilbert Nabonnand'.

Clementina Cionini was the wife of Francesco Carbonieri, a wealthy citizen of Modena and a passionate cultivator of plants. They lived in an XVIIIth century villa surrounded by a large park at Magreta, Formigine, near Modena (courtesy of Cà Berta).
