Mine died back to the ground its first winter (USDA Zone 4b/5a). I'm thinking winter hardiness is not all it's cracked up to be. It gets one more try before it gets the shovel.

Yikes! I was viewing a private message, and clicked delete. I assumed it would delete just that message. Instead, it deleted ALL my private messages! I really needed those! Is there any way to get them back? Retrieve them from a backup, perhaps? HELP!!

We'll take a look. Deleting one private message does not delete them all - maybe you deleted an entire discussion ? Were all your private messages in a single discussion ?

Nope. They're all back now, so whatever you did, thanks. I swear to you, though - I hit delete, and suddenly my account showed no private messages whatsoever. It was alarming to say the least.

I think I got it. I had deleted my oldest PM. As an experiment, I deleted one that wasn't the oldest, and it worked as expected. Then, I deleted the oldest again. This message was the result;
"No current private messages for your member account. If you also have a listing (nursery, breeder, etc.) you should check the Private Messages tab there too."
Clicking on the private messages tab took me to the newest one again, but you can see how that message might lead one to suspect the worst.

Yes, that's an error. Thank you for taking the time to research and explain the problem in detail. It makes a world of difference for our support department.

I wasn't expecting the color of Mrs. Anthony Waterer. It's practically fluorescent. In the evening dusk, looking out the window, the flowers actually seem to glow. It's amazing.
